Celebrate St. Patrick's Day with this super fancy shake! Made with all natural ingredients and infused with CBD.
CBD-infused Shamrock Shake
(Makes 375mL or 1.5 cups)
For the Chocolate Fondue
-6 T of raw agave nectar
-6 T of raw cacao powder
-1/4 C of melted coconut oil
-2 T of cool water
For the Green Smoothie part
-1 C of milk (it could also work with Oat milk)
-1/4 C baby spinach leaves (packed)
-1/4 C kale leaves, stems removed and torn
-2 T hemp seeds, plus a little more for garnishing
-1 t of cannabidiol (CBD) oil
-1/4 t spirulina powder
-1 frozen banana
-Dash pure peppermint mint extract
For the fondue, the process is very simple. Just combine the agave, cacao, coconut oil and water together in a blender. Blend on high until smooth and then set aside. For the green smoothie, the blender is needed again. Add the dairy-free milk, spinach, kale, hemp seeds, CBD oil, spirulina, frozen banana and mint extract. Blend on high speed until smooth.
Pouring the two combinations into a glass is the tricky part. First, hold the glass sideways so the chocolate sauce can be drizzled and run around the side of the glass. Once this is done, pour the green smoothie in and serve immediately.
